We started to use Nick Roberts garage services after recommendations from a close friend who has used Nick for a number of years. The customer service is fantastic and the technical work is always completed as described. Nick is a very knowledgeable mechanic and will take the time to explain in detail why the work is required should you want to understand. Whenever we have had issues with our cars Nick has been able to answer our questions without a problem and has always been able to fix anything we have gone to him with. Alex is fantastic with customer service and is very friendly. He has even collected our car from home and delivered back on a few occasions as well which is a great touch (we do live nearby). Whenever we have had services or MOT we have also received the cars back....WASHED AND CLEANED! That is a great addition to the service. They are not the cheapest in the area but the prices are extremely reasonable and from my previous experience, cheapest is never the best option if you want quality work, fantastic customer service and a mechanic who you can trust. We recently bought a 2013 Kia Ceed off Nick and his team and were very satisfied with the service. Buying a used car direct from this dealer is a really worthwhile option for Irish people to consider. Nick's garage, located convenient to Liverpool airport and within an hours drive from Holyhead, is very easy to get to by plane or ferry. I took a morning flight from Knock airport to Liverpool, was kindly picked up by Alex from the airport and was back in Ireland again that night with the car, having taken the Ferry back from Holyhead. Even after paying the VRT import duties, flight and ferry costs etc this car still worked out at appreciably less than we'd pay for a similar one in Ireland. Nick runs a tight ship and always has a fine range of well sourced good clean cars for sale at competitive prices The Kia we bought was absolutely spotless and with low mileage. Based on my positive experience I'd urge Irish customers to give Nick or Alex a call. I certainly intend to deal with him again "“ all going well.
