Friendly & Honest, No pressure to sell you a vehicle. I'm 61 years old have bought many vehicles over the years including main dealers. By far the friendliest relaxed purchase I've ever had, not an ounce of pressure to sell you a vehicle. I had been looking for a particular make and model for over 12 months so had a reasonable idea of cost for the vehicle of my choice, a well priced vehicle clean inside and out and I'm extreamly confident that should I need after sales customer service for any reason inside or outside of the warranty period then Nick Roberts trading will not let me down. I think I am a good judge of character and I'm rarely wrong. Should in a few years time I want to change this vehicle then without doubt my first conversation about my next vehicle will start at this showroom.

We started to use Nick Roberts garage services after recommendations from a close friend who has used Nick for a number of years. The customer service is fantastic and the technical work is always completed as described. Nick is a very knowledgeable mechanic and will take the time to explain in detail why the work is required should you want to understand. Whenever we have had issues with our cars Nick has been able to answer our questions without a problem and has always been able to fix anything we have gone to him with. Alex is fantastic with customer service and is very friendly. He has even collected our car from home and delivered back on a few occasions as well which is a great touch (we do live nearby). Whenever we have had services or MOT we have also received the cars back....WASHED AND CLEANED! That is a great addition to the service. They are not the cheapest in the area but the prices are extremely reasonable and from my previous experience, cheapest is never the best option if you want quality work, fantastic customer service and a mechanic who you can trust. Called Nick Roberts Trading at 5pm on Friday evening with a problem. Need a car and Fast. What can you do? By the time the morning was out on Saturday, I had been for a test drive, completed the paper work.
